KAPCI, a recognized leader in Egypt’s paint industry, has always been at the forefront of innovation. Driven by market demands and the expansion of export opportunities, KAPCI achieved a historic milestone: becoming the first Egyptian producer of Long, Short, and Polyester Alkyd resins.
To realize this vision, a world-class resin plant was built with four advanced chemical reactors, designed in collaboration with renowned Greek and Turkish engineering firms.
Our role was to provide the automation backbone of this ambitious project. By delivering a fully integrated control and SCADA system, we ensured the plant operates with maximum efficiency, reliability, and scalability for future growth.
This project not only strengthened KAPCI’s leadership in the local market but also reinforced Egypt’s position in global coatings production.
