To ensure safe and reliable operations, a major oil & gas client entrusted MISC to modernize obsolete automation systems for critical utility and material handling units. The project replaced legacy Siemens S5 controllers with advanced Siemens S7-400H technology.

• Unit 56 – Sulfur Handling & Crusher System; Migration from Siemens S5 to S7-400H redundant PLC, Integration of advanced monitoring and control functions
• Unit 11 – Jet Water Pump; Upgrade from Siemens S5 to S7-400H PLC, Enhanced operator interface and system diagnostics
